MurphSignal Support

Purchase help

Open MurphSignal Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases use your App Store account; no MurphSignal login is required.

Notifications

Allow notifications in iOS Settings. MurphSignal schedules one reminder per active subscription at 09:00 local time on the selected reminder day.

iCloud

MurphSignal shows its storage status in Settings. If CloudKit cannot initialize, the app clearly reports local-only storage. Confirm that you are signed in to iCloud and that iCloud Drive is enabled.

Delete app data

Choose “Delete All App Data” in Settings to delete subscriptions, MurphSignal reminders, onboarding state, and local settings. This does not cancel or erase your App Store purchase.
