Privacy Policy

MurphSignal is designed to work without a MurphSignal account, advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking.

Subscription data

Names, prices, billing cycles, renewal dates, notes, categories, reminder choices, and app settings are stored on your device. When iCloud is available, Apple CloudKit may synchronize subscription records through your private iCloud database. MurphSignal’s developer cannot browse that private database.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases. RevenueCat helps the app determine whether the anonymous App Store customer has an active Pro entitlement. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, product and transaction details, entitlement status, device/platform information, and diagnostic purchase events according to its own privacy policy. MurphSignal does not use this information for advertising or tracking.

Notifications and service icons

Renewal notifications are calculated and scheduled on your device. MurphSignal does not upload your subscription list to send reminders. Service icons use bundled assets when approved; otherwise the app creates a letter avatar on device. It does not request remote favicons.

Retention and deletion

You control your records. “Delete All App Data” deletes tracked subscriptions, MurphSignal-owned pending reminders, onboarding state, and local settings. CloudKit deletions propagate when iCloud synchronization is available. Your App Store purchase record remains with Apple and can be restored.

Tracking and children

MurphSignal does not track users across apps or websites and does not include an analytics SDK. The app is not directed to children under 13.
